Branch Manager

o To facilitate business by ensuring that credit applications are processed as per the criteria set in the segment manual and policy changes issued from time to time.
o Credit Manager will also be responsible for certain maintenance functions post disbursement such as maintaining periodic visit MIS, cash receipt ageing MIS, etc.
o Adherence to TAT requirement of CMM & SE Hypo Secured & Cash Against Property applications processing, keeping in mind that services and quality up to the level.
o Ensure all approved cases are eye balled by the FRMU personnel on a daily basis.
o Monitoring the MIS of portfolio caps and ensure that they are within the defined ceilings
o Conduct meeting with the prospective client/applicant at his/her business premises and to develop understanding of business operations and need for funding.
o To supervise the Branch sales / Collections Teams achieve their Sales & Collection targets as assigned by higher management.
o To support the Business in assessing cases for completeness & highlighting discrepancies where present.
o Ensure all customer documentation is provided according to the approved PDD prior processing.
